# How we work

1. **A quick chat.** You tell us what you do, where, and who for.
2. **A fixed quote.** What's in, what's not, and when you'll be live.
3. **We build it.** We write the words, add your photos, set up Google.
4. **You see your homepage before you pay the balance.**
5. **It goes live.** Your domain and site are in your name.
6. **Looked after.** Small updates are included in year one.

We usually reply the same day, and always within 2 business days.

## Questions

### How long does it take to build my website?

Business Plus (5 pages) is live within **10 working days** of us getting your content: your logo, a few photos and your details. The clock pauses while we wait on you. Business Lite is usually quicker.

### What do I need to provide?

A quick chat about your business, your logo if you have one, a few photos (phone photos are fine), and access to your Google Business Profile if you have one. We send one checklist, once.

### Do I own my website and domain?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and your Google profile and analytics are set up in your name too. If you ever leave, every login is handed over.

### How do I ask for changes?

Email us, or reply to any message from us. Small updates in year one are included. After that, a care plan covers them, or we quote the change first.

### What happens on launch day?

We put the site live, test every form, connect Google Maps and your profile, and send you a “You’re live” email listing every login in your name.

### How do we work together if I’m not in Auckland?

By email and video call. Everything else is the same: the same steps, price and timing.
